OHIM Geographical Indications Database

According to the Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia "International Developments in IP Bulletin" for February 2008, the EU's Office for Harmonization of the Internal Market has created

a database containing geographical indications of wines, spirits, agricultural productsand foodstuffs protected under Community Regulations and Bilateral Treatiesbetween the European Commission and third countries. The publicly accessible database, in Excel format, is to be used by examiners when examining Community Trade Mark applications.
