Japanese IP Lawsuit Pendancies

According to Emma Barraclough writing for Managing Intellectual Property on August 7, 2006, the following statistics indicate that "the average time it takes for Japanese courts to decide IP lawsuits has fallen from almost two years in 1995 to 13 and a half months last year."
