Toolkit for Collaborative Research in the U.K.

The UK epartment of Trade and Industry has a "toolkit" website for universities and companies that wish to undertake collaborative research projects with each other. The toolkit consists of a set of Model Agreements and documents that should help you to use and understand those agreements. A Decision Guide is provided to help you identify the most appropriate model agreement to use as a starting point and Guidance Notes provide a commentary and explanation of the terms of the agreements and some of the legal issues.
