The Scarlet I?
U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 76595873
There are websites that provide legal downloads. This is not one of them. "That's the message that the Motion Picture Association of America wants people who download movies to get," writes J. Craig Williams at "May It Please the Court." Apparently, the MPAA got a court order to take over LokiTorrent.com and decided to leave its mark with an ominous warning to others:
"This website has been permanently shut down by court order because it facilitates the illegal downloading of copyrighted motion pictures. . . Stealing movies leaves a trail. The only way not to get caught is to stop."

That's not a trademark. It's merely informational. John L. Welch
Good point John. We'll see if they get their registration.
