Taiwan Aims for Less Than 40% Piracy Rate

The August 6, 2004 Taipei Times quotes Taiwan's Economics Minister, Ho Mei-yueh, as telling a press conference that "We want to reduce the piracy rates to under 40 percent by the end of next year."
