According to Kevin T. Lamb in Protecting Licensed Intellectual Property in Bankruptcy, "with limited exceptions, the Bankruptcy Code invalidates 'ipso facto' bankruptcy clauses which purport to terminate automatically a license upon the filing of a bankruptcy by a party to the license. "
