ITC Factoid: Most 337 Investigations Involve Imports from Asia

"Asian manufacturers often find themselves at the wrong end of ITC inquiries into Section 337 breaches. Of the 85 investigations the ITC launched between 1999 and 2003, 72% of the products at issue were imported from Asia."
