Moore Confirmed as Federal Circuit Judge

On September 5, 2006, Professor Kimberly Ann Moore was unanimously confirmed (92-0) by the United States Senate for the position of Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, filling the vacancy created when Circuit Judge Raymond Clevenger took senior status.
