We're Back!
After a brief hiatus, the I/P Updates news service is now back with more vim and vigor than a kudzu vine in wet Georgia clay on a hot summer day.
You may have noticed that we have a new publishing service provider -- FeedBlitz. If you are a daily or weekly subscriber to "I/P Updates," then you should have already received the requisite introductory message, which you can simply ignore. No further action is required on your part as current subscriptions have already been transferred. The newsletters will arrive from "Bill Heinze" listing an e-mail address of "FeedBlitz [feedblitz@mail.feedblitz.com]; on behalf of; Bill Heinze [BillHeinze@tkhr.com]." If your spam filter blocks e-mail according to the Internet Protocol address of the sender, then please add the FeedBlitz host server addresses, 82.165.148.39 and 82.165.250.50, to your pass list.
While I have tried to make the transition as seamless as possible, please feel free to let me know about any problems with FeedBlitz. And remember, if you like the news service, you'll love the way that we practice law.
