USPTO PDF E-Filing Update

According to Arlene Kent, via the EFS Listserv, "Per my conversation with the USPTO last week, the Beta deployment [of the PDF Patent E-filing Program] is tentatively scheduled for November 30th. The USPTO will be in contact with invitees prior to that date to give final dates, guidelines, and training. They are looking forward to a really good Beta period to work out any user issues prior to production deployment in the Spring of 2006."
