Join the ITC Trial Lawyers Association

It is no secret that ITC practitioners have been exceptionally busy, so I'll be brief: it is time to renew your ITC Trial Lawyers Association membership for 2005.

Interest in Section 337 is at an all time high. In calendar 2004, the Section 337 caseload climbed to 28 new complaints. To date, there have been 8 new complaints filed in 2005. Up-to-date information to handle those cases is available from the 337 Reporter, the spring and fall meetings, our web site with a publicly available membership directory, and other ITCTLA functions that are all funded by your $75 annual membership.

Attached is a membership renewal/application form is available at the address below that will help us update your contact information in the Membership Directory. To save some time, feel free to have a secretary complete a form for each ITCTLA member in your firm and send a single check. Firms that submit a single check for five or more memberships will receive a listing in the on-line ITC Trial Lawyers Membership Directory. Checks should be payable to the "ITC Trial Lawyers Association."
