USPTO Updates PCT Homepage

This just in from the USPTO --

Dear PCT Update Subscribers,

Please be advised that the PCT Home page on the USPTO Internet site (http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/pac/dapp/pctlegaladminmain.html) has been recently modified. Certain international fees were changed as of March 1, 2005 because of adjustments for currency fluctuation. The PCT fee schedule (http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/pac/dapps/pct/fees.htm) has been modified accordingly. The announcements posted (http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/pac/dapps/pct/ann.htm) have also been modified to highlight changes.

Note that on March 15, 2005 the search fee where the EP is the International Searching Authority will be increased to $2075, again to adjust for currency fluctuation. The fee schedule will be modified again as of that date.
