Kinsella Recomends IP Intellifile; Debugged in Only an Hour

Stephan Kinsella reported today in the Patent Law Practice yahoo group that he just filed his first electronic application:

I used IP Intellifile (http://www.legalstar.com/) , and like Russ Krajec, I can highly
recommend it. It interfaces with all the PTO software and only charges $25 for
"ePostage". I was on the phone for about an hour with them yesterday debugging
it (their tech guy was extremely helpful), but next time I file it will probably
take about 10 minutes. Already have an application number and the entire filing
is already visible on Private PAIR. For those of us without paralegals or
secretaries, this is great... it's so much easier than paper filing.

I plan to give it a try when the initial debugging gets down to ten minutes. . . .
