UKPO Issues New Forms

On December 2, 2004 the UK Patent Office issued a direction under section 123(2A) of the Patents Act 1977 that sets out forms the use of which is required by rules. This direction comes into force on 1st January 2005. The forms set out in the Schedule are those Patent Forms (excluding the Supplementary Protection Forms and form NP1) shown here, except for Forms 1/77, 3/77, 9A/77, 14/77, 23/77, 52/77, 53/77 and 54/77, which are as shown here.
