USPTO Releases ePAVE 5.1e

According to the USPTO, "New users should download ePAVE 5.1e which includes the new fees codes on October 1, 2004. Current EFS users can simply download the DTD file and copy it to the ePAVE /DEF /DTD_XSL folder on or after 1 October 2004."
