INTA Issues Report on Anticounterfeiting in Selected Countries

This booklet from the International Trademark Association is a compilation of reports on counterfeiting in various key jurisdictions. It contains a brief background on each jurisdiction and highlights the barriers to enforcement and the measures taken to overcome them. Reports on a few developed countries, as well as on key developing and emerging markets, have been included to enable readers to compare and contrast best practices in addressing counterfeiting.
