INTA: Trademark Legislation to Watch During the Fall Congressional Term

According to the INTA's September 2004 Washington Update, in addition to the appropriations legislation, there are four bills relating to trademarks that are still on the table in Congress:

H.R. 1561, the United States Patent and Trademark Fee Modernization Act of 2004,
H.R. 3754, the Fraudulent Online Identity Sanctions Act,
H.R. 4358, the Stop Counterfeiting in Manufactured Goods Act, and
H.R. 4586, the Family Movie Act
