More on Pharmaceutical Parallel Imports in Europe

On June 17, 2004, the Court of Appeal in England and Wales referred to the European Court of Justice (ECJ) fourteen questions on the subject of and relabelling of pharmaceutical products. In an earlier decision involving different parties, the Supreme Court of Norway ruled on June 11 that Paranova can continue to use different repackaging designs to differentiate its products to the public.
