IBA: International Survey of Specialised IP Courts

According to a report from the International Bar Association:

• 19 countries had specialised IP courts or tribunals, some at both pre-grant stage and subsequently;
• 12 countries assigned specialist judges with IP background and experience to cases; and
• 25 countries had no specialized IP courts or tribunals either at pre-grant stage or subsequently.
